Today, we finalized the purchase and took possession of a 2024 Acura RDX, practically new. I would say that from my initial arrival at Élégance Acura at the beginning of the week until our departure, the entire buying process was perfect. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the time spent with us at delivery to explain the various options and features (thank you, William!), never feeling pressured to buy quickly, no unpleasant surprises — all of this made us feel confident and allowed us to greatly appreciate the entire process.
