Responsibilities:
- Greet service customers and address their technical needs.
- Manage appointments and ensure thorough follow-ups with clients.
- Prepare estimates for recommended repairs and maintenance.
- Keep customer records and vehicle histories up to date.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license.
